Site Manager MandS Fit Out (Freelance) Location: Edinburgh Contract: Freelance, immediate start until April 2027 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am 5pm Salter Grange is recruiting on behalf of a well-established fit out contractor for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Marks and Spencer CAT B fit out project in Edinburgh. This is a freelance role running through to April, offering steady work on a high-profile retail scheme with a contractor that has a strong track record with MandS. The role Take day-to-day responsibility for running site, coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track while maintaining the high standards of health, safety and quality MandS expects Working closely with the Project Manager and client team, you''ll manage site logistics, inductions, RAMS reviews, progress reporting and quality checks through to handover. As many MandS projects run in live trading environments, you''ll need to manage works carefully around store operations, staff and customers.
