Site Manager - EDBS NEEDED

Site Manager Bangor 2 Months

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, construction main contractor, who are looking for an experienced Site manager to join them for the next 2-months in a project in Bangor.

The ideal candidate, will have experience working on care home projects.

Key Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
• In-date Enhanced DBS certificate-
• Proven experience managing similar new build construction projects.
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

Key Duties:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance.
• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget.
• Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks.
