Site Manager - Domestic Hot Water and Gas Network Upgrades Location: York Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 10 Weeks We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee two projects running concurrently on the same site, involving Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and Gas Network upgrades. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate two projects running side by side, ensuring works remain on programme. - Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives. - Coordinate daily site activities and ensure resources, materials, and labour are effectively managed. - Maintain a strong focus on Health and Safety, ensuring company procedures, RAMS, permits, and site rules are followed. - Carry out regular site inspections and ensure any issues are identified and addressed promptly. - Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. - Monitor workmanship and ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards. - Attend and lead site meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks where required. - Maintain accurate site records, diaries, permits, and relevant documentation. - Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and compliant with all relevant regulations. - Identify and manage potential risks, delays, and issues before they ..... full job details .....
