They have recently commenced a new project in Thatcham, just outside Reading, and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a six-classroom block from start to finish. This project offers stability and the potential for future opportunities within the business for the right candidate. The Role of the Site Manager: Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Overseeing the successful delivery of the six-classroom design and build project, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Managing site teams, subcontractors, and direct operatives, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption. Implementing and enforcing strict Health and Safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with industry standards. Working closely with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to maintain clear communication and effective project execution. Taking responsibility for site logistics, quality control, and progress reporting to senior management.
