Site Manager

Delta Personnel is looking for an experienced Site Manager for a desilting project within a public park in Knutsford.

You will manage the daily running of the site, work to the agreed programme, conduct site tours for the client and stakeholders, and keep all site paperwork up to date.

Duties include:

• Managing daily site activities and coordinating labour, plant and subcontractors.
• Working to the agreed programme and reporting on site progress.
• Conducting site tours for the client and stakeholders.
• Maintaining site records, reports and health and safety paperwork.
• Managing works safely within a public environment.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS.
• Valid CSCS card.
• First Aid certificate. The client can arrange training if needed.
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within civils, water or utilities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience managing site paperwork and working to agreed deadlines.

The current works will be reviewed in February 2027. However, there is plenty more work to move on to afterwards if interested.
