Core Responsibilities Oversee: Concrete floor replacement Sub-base excavation/rebuilds Drainage works Groundworks and infrastructure upgrades Reinforced concrete/hardstanding works Manage subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials Ensure compliance with: CDM Regulations 2015 RAMS Permit-to-work systems Temporary works procedures Run daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and progress tracking Coordinate works within a live operational industrial environment Produce reports and maintain compliance/site documentation Essential Experience Civil engineering or industrial infrastructure project management Strong health & safety/CDM knowledge Contractor supervision in live operational sites Groundworks, drainage, reinforced concrete experience Required Certifications SMSTS CSCS Manager Card First Aid at Work Key Skills They''re Looking For Civil site man...
