Job description:Site Manager - Nuclear DecommissioningLocation: North WalesSalary: Competitive + BenefitsDCS currently seek an experienced Site Manager to join a leading specialist contractor delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works within the UK nuclear sector.This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile decommissioning project in a highly regulated environment, leading multidisciplinary teams to safely deliver complex site operations.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.Key responsibilities include:Managing demolition, dismantling and enabling works on siteLeading site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliersPlanning labour, plant, materials and equipmentEnsuring compliance with RAMS, Permit to Work systems and CDM RegulationsConducting site inspections, safety tours and toolbox talksMonitoring programme performance and coordinating daily activitiesLiaising with the client and key project stakeholdersSupporting quality assurance, inspections and project documentationAssisting with cost control, productivity and resource managementRequirements:Significant Site Management experienceStrong knowledge of civil engineering operationsExperience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teamsExcellent understanding of Health and Safety legislation and CDM RegulationsExperience delivering ..... full job details .....
