Site Manager - DBS Required

Site Manager Weston-super-Mare We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established contractor on a school refurbishment project based in Weston-super-Mare. The project will involve the replacement of windows, refurbishment works and associated building works within a school environment. The successful Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and ensuring all works are delivered safely and to a high standard. This is an immediate start opportunity, initially running for 8 12 weeks, with the potential for further work on additional projects for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site operatives Overseeing window replacement and general refurbishment works Ensuring works are completed in line with the agreed programme Managing site health and safety and ensuring all RAMS and site procedures are followed Carrying out inductions, toolbox talks and regular site inspections Monitoring workmanship and maintaining high standards of quality Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics Liaising with the client, subcontractors and wider project team Maintaining accurate site records and completing relevant paperwork Identifying and resolving any issues that may impact programme or quality Ensuring the site remains clean, safe and well ..... full job details .....
