Talented Site Manager required We are working alongside a successful building main contractor who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager. The Siter Manager will be overseeing a large residential modular building project in the Northampton area. They require a Site Manager who will be expected to work positively and collaboratively with all parties. To make Health, Safety and the Environment their first priority in all decisions and actions. The Site Manager will be expected to plan, manage and deliver all internal construction activities in an efficient and cost effective manner that causes least disruption. Demonstrate a positive can do attitude at all times whilst understanding the impact of decisions on all aspects of the project / contract. To report openly and honestly at all times, acknowledging problems, analysing and providing seeking solutions.
