This is an 8-week contract role focused on managing the internal finishes phase of a new school development. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for coordinating and delivering high-quality internal fit-out works while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and programme performance. Key Responsibilities Manage all internal finishes packages including: Partitions Floor finishes Taping and decorating Suspended ceilings Develop and implement weekly work plans aligned with the master programme. Coordinate subcontractors and sequence works to ensure efficient delivery alongside M&E installations. Monitor and enforce health, safety, environmental and quality standards across all activities. Conduct weekly SHE inspections and daily quality inspections. Chair and lead fortnightly subcontractor progress meetings.
