Site Manager - MandE / Fire Alarm Systems - Nights Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a strong MandE background to oversee a major fire alarm upgrade programme across a university campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the safe and efficient delivery of works taking place predominantly during night shifts, ensuring minimal disruption to the university''s day-to-day operations. The role will involve coordinating specialist MandE contractors and subcontractors while maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality and programme delivery. Position: Site ManagerLocation: Birmingham City CentreNight rate: 350.00 per night (Negotiable)Contract Type: FreelanceStart date: Last week of October - Christmas Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise night-time MandE works across an operational university campus.Oversee the installation and upgrade of fire alarm and associated life-safety systems.Coordinate specialist MandE subcontractors, engineers and site operatives.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, RAMS and programme requirements.Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality of installation.Manage permits, access arrangements and safe systems of work.Liaise with the project management team, client representatives and university stakeholders.Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislation and project procedures.Monitor progress against programme ..... full job details .....
