      <description>Location: Stockton-on-Tees | Salary: &amp;pound;29 - &amp;pound;32/hour | Type: Temporary | Site Manager (SM) - School Refurbishment Project    Pay Rate:  -29.0032.00 per hour  We''re looking for an experienced  Site Manager  to oversee a fast-paced school refurbishment project.   Project Details:     Start Date:  Friday 17th July   Duration:  Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August)   Working Pattern:  Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term.    Scope of Works:    External refurbishment works including:   Car park improvements  Footpath works    Internal refurbishment works including:   Toilet refurbishment  Nursery refurbishment      Requirements:    Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments.  Valid  SMSTS ,  CSCS , and  First Aid  certifications.   DBS  is essential.  Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme.
