Project Details: Start Date: Friday 17th July Duration: Approximately 6 weeks (through to the end of August) Working Pattern: Weekend work is likely to ensure the project is completed before the new school term. Scope of Works: External refurbishment works including: Car park improvements Footpath works Internal refurbishment works including: Toilet refurbishment Nursery refurbishment Requirements: Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within education or refurbishment environments. Valid SMSTS , CSCS , and First Aid certifications. DBS is essential. Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and keep the project on programme.
