Site Manager A leading construction contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a small industrial refurbishment project. The successful candidate will work with the Project Manager, managing the project ensuring it is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile industrial site, coordinating multiple trades, and shaping the refurbishment of a key facility. Position: Site ManagerLocation: NottinghamRate: 250.00 per day (CIS/Umbrella)Contract: 5 weeks temporary contract (likely to be extended to 16 weeks)Start Date: Monday 20th April Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of day-to-day site management on an industrial refurbishment projectPlan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, labour teams, and site operationsImplement, monitor, and enforce all Health and Safety procedures in line with CDM regulationsOversee MandE installations, steel frame works, cladding, roofing, and other specialist tradesManage project programme, ensuring deadlines are met and milestones are achievedConduct regular site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractorsMonitor and maintain quality control, including snagging, testing, and inspectionsPrepare, review, and update RAMS, method statements, permits, and other project documentationReport progress and risks to senior management and liaise with project stakeholders Required Experience and Skills:SMSTS/ CSCS Black Manager Level/ ..... full job details .....
