Site Manager - Structural Cut and Carve / DemolitionLocation: Central LondonSalary: 50,000 - 70,000 DOEType: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver complex Central London projects with a strong focus on structural cut and carve, demolition, enabling works and refurbishment.The successful candidate will have a proven track record managing technically challenging projects and will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery, safety, programme, quality and coordination of site operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day site operations and lead subcontractors and site teams.Oversee structural demolition, cut and carve, enabling works and structural alterations.Coordinate temporary works, propping, steelwork and structural sequencing.Manage site logistics, labour, plant, materials and deliveries.Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, specification and quality standards.Review and implement RAMS, permits and construction methodology.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Construction/Project Manager.Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.Identify and resolve technical, programme and site issues.Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and quality.Carry out inspections, snagging and assist with project handover.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within construction/refurbishment.Strong structural cut and carve and demolition experience is ..... full job details .....
