This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with experience within social housing, residential maintenance, refurbishment or property services, who is confident managing operatives and subcontractors while ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of works across social housing properties, which will be tenanted.
