      <description>Location: Wakefield | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Site Manager (Refurbishment/Planned Works)    Permanent | Full Time | 40 Hours per Week   We are currently recruiting for an  experienced Site Manager  to join a growing  refurbishment and planned maintenance team  delivering works within the  social housing sector .  This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and a customer-focused Site Manager with a strong background in  housing refurbishment  and  occupied properties . Working closely with the wider delivery team and reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality refurbishment programme while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout.
