This role would suit someone with a strong background in refurbishment works and experience managing both direct and subcontracted teams. Key experience and requirements: Proven Site Manager experience within refurbishment or construction Experience delivering internal works, including fire stopping, sprinklers, fire doors, bathrooms and shaft wall works Experience with external works, including balconies, patch repairs and window replacements Confident managing direct labour and subcontractors SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS Card PASMA Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Manual Handling desirable Asbestos Awareness preferred If you are interested and would like to hear more, call Jess on (phone number removed) or submit your up-to-date CV.
