Temporary Site ManagerLocation: Boston and surrounding areas Contract: Temporary, initially 4-8 weeksWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Site Manager to provide holiday cover across planned works and social housing refurbishment projects in the Boston area.You will be responsible for the safe, effective and timely delivery of works, managing both directly employed and subcontracted trades while maintaining high standards of health and safety, site presentation and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operational management of sitesEnsure works are delivered safely, effectively and on scheduleManage and support directly employed and subcontracted tradesEnsure all site personnel and visitors are appropriately inductedMaintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety recordsEnsure environmental and waste management policies are followedMonitor workmanship and ensure works meet the required specificationOrganise regular site meetings and plan resources effectivelyMaintain high standards of site presentationReport directly to the Project ManagerEssential RequirementsProven experience managing construction or refurbishment projectsPlanned works refurbishment experienceKnowledge of kitchens and bathrooms, roofline works and re-roofingExperience managing direct and subcontracted tradesNVQ Level 4, HNC or equivalent experienceSMSTSCSCS cardScaffold InspectionAsbestos AwarenessFull UK driving licenceExcellent communication and team ..... full job details .....
