Site Manager Refurbishment Location: Leeds Rate: 270 to 280 per day DOE Contract: Temporary, 6 months Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pmWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a busy refurbishment project in the Leeds area on a 6-month temporary contract.This role would suit someone with a strong background in refurbishment works and experience managing both direct and subcontracted teams.Key experience and requirements:Proven Site Manager experience within refurbishment or constructionExperience delivering internal works, including fire stopping, sprinklers, fire doors, bathrooms and shaft wall worksExperience with external works, including balconies, patch repairs and window replacementsConfident managing direct labour and subcontractorsSMSTS or SSSTSCSCS CardPASMAFull UK driving licence and access to own vehicleManual Handling desirableAsbestos Awareness preferredIf you are interested and would like to hear more, call Jess on (phone number removed) or submit your up-to-date CV. ..... full job details .....
