Location: Hereford | Salary: £54000 - £55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Site Manager (Hereford) Location: Hereford (site-based, Mon-Fri, 39 hours) Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing, including kitchens, bathrooms, adaptations, windows/doors, and M&E upgrades. This is a varied role managing multiple sites, site teams, and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You''ll also be responsible for coordinating site activities, maintaining accurate documentation, managing risk and health & safety compliance, and supporting contract delivery.
