This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of commercial office projects and regular requirements for high-calibre Site Managers across the UK. We''re looking for someone with a proven track record delivering fast-paced Design and Build office fit-out projects, who can demonstrate successful project delivery through references and previous project experience. Rates: 280+ depending upon experience The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, within quality standards, and to client expectations. Key Responsibilities Managing all site operations from start to completion Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades on site Monitoring progress against programme and driving performance Maintaining quality throughout all phases of the project Liaising with project teams, design teams, clients and senior stakeholders Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact programme delivery Delivering a professional and organised site environment Requirements Proven ..... full job details .....
