We’re seeking a Contract/Temp Site Manager to lead one of our innovative residential projects using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious team and oversee the project from superstructure installation through to completion.

The Role

• Position: Site Manager (Contract – Single Project)
• Location: Leamington Spa
• Duration: October – Christmas 2025
• Scope: Superstructure to handover

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing new build residential projects (MMC/eco-build experience advantageous)
• Strong ability to coordinate trades, ensure compliance, and drive progress
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, team-oriented leader who thrives in an innovative, forward-thinking environment
