Site Manager

V7 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their client, an established main contractor in the North West.- Projects they work on include new builds, refurbs and extensions on commercial schemes. (PERM)-

Duties include:

• Working on-projects valued around -2M-12M in value.- These will be mostly internal/external refurbishment and small new build-schemes working with a site based Project Manager.
• Managing client and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed.
• Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved.-
