Site Manager

Site Manager required in Hackney

GVR Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work for a well establishe drylining contractor. This opportunity is to be a part of a company who are going through a major growth period.-They predominantly cover projects-within the Residential / Development sector.

The-project you will be working on is a large RC frame project on 4 blocks of 370-flats in Hackney. As-part of a team of 2 to 3 Managers in which case you will be reporting directly to the Project Manager. They are looking to take on someone on a permanent basis but the client is happy to pay either PAYE or self-employed

As a Site Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day to day running of the site reporting to an on-site Project Manager
• Control and implement health and safety on site
• Manage quality control and progressive handovers of installation
• Attend progress meetings
• Report project progress to the Project Manager / Clients
• Manage record keeping for all contract related correspondence and documentation

The Site Manager must have/be:

• At least 4 years experience in site management
• Drylining experience ideally within the residential sector
• Excellent health and safety management
• SMSTS Qualified
• Must be computer literate
