Rate: -65,000 - -85,000 DOE

About the Role:
We''re seeking a hands-on and experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a key project based in Cambridge. This is a 20-week fixed term contract with strong potential for extension, offering the chance to work on a high-quality build with a focus on precision and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs and progress updates.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure all works meet quality and specification standards.

Essential Experience:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cladding and roofing systems.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in warehouse commercial & fit-out projects is advantageous.
