With a growing portfolio of high-profile projects, they are now seeking a high calibre Site Manager to join their close-knit team and lead site operations with professionalism, pride, and integrity.
About the Role
As the Site Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You’ll be supported by a hands-on leadership team who value long-term relationships.
What You''ll Be Doing
- Leading site teams on new build and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector
- New kitchen and bathrooms fittings
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to specification
- Overseeing health & safety compliance and site documentation
- Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Upholding the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and community commitment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the residential or social housing sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
- A commitment to high standards and respectful site culture
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems proactively
