Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive-Site Manager-to oversee the daily operations of our-residential development. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen ability to manage office tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the capability to perform data entry tasks accurately. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the site while also engaging in upselling opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
Duties
- Manage daily operations of the site, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise administrative functions, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with clients.
- Identify upselling opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports on site performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment conducive to productivity.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a managerial capacity.
- Familiarity with Yardi software is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Previous-and-consistent-experience in-residential developments-is essential.
