I''m currently working with a regional design and build contractor who specialises in commercial projects across the UK.

Based in Manchester you will be in the heart of the city, with a top-class contractor that has a very impressive project portfolio.

Necessary experience:

• Site management of projects with values of up to -2m.
• Full site management process experience in the capacity of a Number 1 on site.
• D & B experience
• Previous Commercial office space experience is essential.

• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
