Site Manager

We''re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to lead works on a specialist structure project. This role will focus on managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of works to programme and specification.
A background in concrete and structural works is essential, along with strong reporting and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities:
·Day-to-day site supervision, with a focus on safety and quality
·Management of subcontractors and work packages
·Preparing accurate site reports, diaries, and records
·Overseeing structural concrete works and activities over water
What we''re looking for:
·Proven experience on structures projects
·Strong background in concrete and structural engineering works
·Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills
·Strong reporting, diary keeping, and organisational ability
·Relevant site certifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid)
