Job Title: Site Manager - High-End Hotel & Private Members'' Club Refurbishment

About the Project:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a prestigious high-end refurbishment project in Westminster. The scheme involves the transformation of a luxury hotel and private members'' club to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple disciplines.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.

• Liaise with the client, project manager, and design team to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.

• Monitor progress and prepare site reports as required.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on high-end refurbishment projects.

• Strong knowledge of dry lining, M&E installation, and fireproofing systems.

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.

• Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
