Site Manager

My client is an award winning regional building contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects on time and to budget. Due to continued growth in 2026 they are looking to recruit an experienced No.1 Site Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. Ideally you will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor. My client specialises in new build sheds and commercial new builds. For this one you must be an experienced No.1 Site Manager. This role would not suit those with predominantly housing experience. You must have run your own schemes from start to finish to -5m and above. You must have SMSTS and First Aid.
