Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced-Freelance Site Manager-to oversee a fast-track refurbishment of a Job Centre in Bodmin. The scope includes new flooring installation, full internal painting and decorating, and general site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed to spec

• Maintain high health & safety standards on site

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the project team

• Monitor progress and report regularly to the project manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing fit-out/refurb projects

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Able to work to tight deadlines in a live/occupied environment
