Site Manager

Albion Search are currently working with a PLC house builder to appoint a Site Manager on a freelance contract on the outskirts of York.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing residential housing developments and will of worked closely with the NHBC on previous developments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the build programme
• Work alongside the SM and ASM
• Ensuring completions/CML''s
• Customer Care
• NHBC Liaison
• H&S
• Inductions
• Managing trades & sub-contractors

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience.
