My client is seeking a Site Manager for a long-term programme of internal fit-out and refurbishment projects in Manchester. The role entails overseeing various small works packages, including classroom and bathroom refurbishments.

The ideal candidates will exhibit confidence in managing live sites, possess strong organisational skills, and uphold a professional, client-focused approach throughout the project duration.

- Rate: -50,000 - -55,000
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Start: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise internal refurbishment and fit-out projects within a university setting, focusing on classrooms and bathrooms.
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labor effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site compliance.
- Maintain open communication with clients and ensure high site standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of multiple small-scale tasks.
- Manage all site documentation, inductions, and reporting requirements.

Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in delivering internal fit-out and refurbishment projects, particularly in live environments.
- Proficiency in client interaction and representing the contractor with professionalism.
- Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS are mandatory.
