About the Role:

ITS Construction is recruiting on behalf of a respected main contractor who is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a -2 million school refurbishment project in Cranleigh. This is a live education environment, so strong leadership, communication, and a track record in managing similar schemes safely and efficiently is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management, ensuring programme, quality, and health & safety standards are met

• Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Managing site logistics, deliveries, and materials

• Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress to schedule

• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting to the project manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects, ideally within the education sector

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certificates

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a live environment and adhere to safeguarding policies

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
