Job Title: Site Manager
Location: East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Nottingham
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Per annum

A Quality focused developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Newark, Nottingham.
Job Duties:- Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
- Monitor and report on progress to project stakeholders
- Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and manpower
- SMSTS qualification
- CSCS certification
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Site Manager on a high volume housing site.
Track record of delivering high quality sites.
- Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Primarily on-site work at construction sites
- May require travel to different project locations
- Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions
