Job Title: Site Manager

Location: East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Nottingham

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday

Primary Industry: Construction - New build housing

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Per annum

Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence

A Quality focused developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager in Newark, Nottingham.

Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site
• Monitor and report on progress to project stakeholders
• Manage site logistics, including materials, equipment, and manpower

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS qualification
• CSCS certification
• First Aid certification
• Valid Driving Licence

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years'' experience as a Site Manager on a high volume housing site. 
Track record of delivering high quality sites.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of traditional new build housing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Good problem-solving abilities

Working Conditions:

• Primarily on-site work at construction sites
• May require travel to different project locations
• Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions
