Site Manager

Our client a Surey-based external facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for a Student accommodation re cladding project in the West End, Glasgow, Scotland.

This is a temporary assignment for a minimum term of 1 year, is a hands off position,-coupled with an immediate start, and an excellent day rate.

It is essential that you hold a minimum of: SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid.

The work itself is hacking off an old render system and installing new render and cladding panels on-multiple student blocks

Duties will include:

• Managing subcontractors
• Sitting in on site meetings
• Liaising with the client-
• Quality Assurance
• Dealing with suppliers and local authorities for material orders and permits
• Managing required plant
• IT responsibilities
