We’re looking for a Site Manager to take control of internal works on a low-rise apartment scheme in Chertsey. The job runs for approximately 8 weeks, focusing solely on internals in a live hospital environment. We need someone who can drive the site and maintain high energy and standards throughout.

• Manage day-to-day site activities for the internal fit-out

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure progress is maintained

• Uphold safety and compliance standards on a live healthcare site

• Monitor quality and ensure work is delivered to spec and on time

• Liaise with the Project Manager on progress and issues

• Experience managing internal packages, ideally in healthcare or similar environments

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Able to maintain pace, solve problems quickly, and push the job forward
