Site Manager

I''m currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a high-rise block on a major regeneration scheme in Berkshire.

Here are the details:

• Location: Berkshire
• Role: Freelance Site Manager (Internals)
• Scheme: High-rise RC frame, residential regeneration project
• Requirements: Proven experience managing internal fit-out on new build residential schemes, ideally with a contractor / social housing background and on high rise projects
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are required
• Start: Mid-September (Interviews start w.c. 8th September)
• Duration: Until March/April 2026
• Rate: Up to -(Apply online only)/day CIS - strictly dependent on experience.
