Freelance Site Manager - Ipswich

PSR is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded contractor seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a project involving both demolition and new build elements.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations, ensuring clear communication with the client, consultants, and internal teams

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain smooth progress in line with the construction programme

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintain high standards on site

• Manage all aspects of snagging, de-snagging, and project handover to ensure quality and client satisfaction

• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and act as the key point of contact on site

Requirements:

• Expereince working on a demolition project previously along with new build

• Worked across either a Education, Commercial or Healthcare

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

• Proven experience managing refurbishment works on live sites

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills in fast-paced environments

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
