Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a long-term project in Hackney, East London for a client of ours who are a specialist drylining contractor.

The role involves overseeing the installation of electrical boxes and conduit systems, managing operatives on site, and ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of electrical installation teams (boxes & conduit)

• Day-to-day site management and coordination

• Enforcing health & safety standards and conducting site inductions

• Monitoring progress and reporting to project leads

• Ensuring materials and labour are managed efficiently

• Maintaining accurate site documentation and quality checks

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing M&E or electrical installation packages

• SMSTS or SSSTS (required)

• CSCS card (required)

• First Aid certificate (preferred)

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
