Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of a site based in Maidenhead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee sub contractors
• Toolbox talks.
• RAMS to be done
• Will be reporting to Contracts Manager.
• Site inductions to be held
• Making sure the project is running correctly and safely.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management.
• SMSTS ticket
• Knowledge of trades on site, carpentry, groundworks, bricklaying etc.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with the client.
• Experience on refurb, extensions and strip out on housing.
• First Aid ticket
