Site Manager

Our client, a highly respected national housebuilder, is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to join the team and run a phase on a large multi-phase residential development near Oxford. 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall site management and delivery of the residential development

• Managing build programs and all daily site activities

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages

• Quality control and customer satisfaction

Must haves:

• A proven track record of running a similar residential site.
• CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
• Available references

Salary: £60-£70k
