Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager – School Refurbishment
Location: Kent
Project Duration: 6 weeks (Starting 23rd July 2025)

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for a six-week school refurbishment project based in Kent. This is a live site, so previous experience managing works in an educational setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site operations ensuring work is completed on time, to specification, and within budget

• Manage subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance across the site

• Coordinate daily tasks, site logistics, and reporting to the main contractor/client

• Liaise with school representatives to ensure minimal disruption

• Ensure safeguarding and site security measures are followed

Requirements:

• SMSTS 

• CSCS Card

• First Aid at Work

• DBS Check 

• Proven experience delivering refurbishment projects in a school or educational environment
