Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial-refurbishment project in Crawley, starting Monday 4th August. This is a 4-week freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors

• Coordinate strip-out and refurbishment activities

• Ensure the project stays on programme and to spec

• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness

• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks

• Liaise with the client, project manager, and suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally-commercial fit-out

• SMSTS (Essential)

• First Aid at Work (Essential)

• CSCS Black or Gold Card (Preferred)
