• Take full responsibility for retail, commercial office, hospitality, and event space sites.
• Manage subcontractors, enforce quality, health, and safety standards.
• Act as main authority on-site in the Project Manager''s absence.

• Experienced, capable site professional who leads by example.
• Reliable and confident in running projects on the ground.

• Extensive site management experience in fit-out or refurbishment across these sectors.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.

• Hands-on problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
