Job Title: Site Manager - Office Fit Out (M&E Focus)
Location: Birmingham, UK
Start Date: 11th August 2025
Duration: 20 Weeks
Rate: -275 per day

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-spec office fit out in Birmingham. The project features a technically demanding Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation, so a strong background in M&E is essential.

This is a 20-week programme, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring site operations run smoothly, safely, and in line with quality and programme expectations.

• Day-to-day site management, coordination, and supervision of all trades and contractors

• Attend and contribute to project meetings, driving progress and identifying issues early

• Maintain H&S standards across site, carrying out regular checks and toolbox talks

• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and snag-free

• Liaise with the project manager, design team, and client as required

• Monitor site programme and assist in keeping the project on track

• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site logistics

• Proven experience managing Cat A/Cat B commercial office fit outs

• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems, able to question and challenge installations

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specs

• Track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard
