Site Manager – Bolton / Northwest Projects
Salary: £50,000 + £5,000 car allowance

We are partnering with a well-established construction business delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects across the Northwest, ranging from £200k to £20m. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager based locally to their Bolton office to manage and oversee multiple projects.

About the Role
In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, focusing on planning, coordination, and management rather than hands-on construction. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained across all projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

• Manage and coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and compliance.

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan and execute project milestones effectively.

• Monitor project costs, labour, and material usage to ensure profitability.

• Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports, documentation for variations, and change orders.

• Ensure compliance with all building regulations, permits, and inspections.

• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to consistently meet client expectations.

• Uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards across all projects.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.

• Minimum of 3 years’ site management experience in industrial/commercial projects.

• Experience managing multiple projects across the Northwest.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

• Ability to interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Based locally to the Bolton area.
