Contract Scotland are working with a leading Fife based main contractor to source and experienced Site Manager to join their project team on a £30m industrial build in Dundee.
As Site Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep all elements moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead site operations to project completion.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.
- Monitor programme, cost, and quality targets.
- Chair regular site meetings and report progress.
- Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
About you:
- Proven track record as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
- Experience in new-build construction, ideally in the industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and solve problems on the ground.
