Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a prestigious development team delivering the transformation of a listed building into a luxury hotel in Central London.

This is a full lifecycle role, ideal for someone with proven ''cradle to grave'' experience, from enabling works through to high-end fit out. You will play a key leadership role on a complex heritage conversion involving both heavy structural alterations and luxury internal refurbishments.

• Oversee all site activities from inception to handover

• Manage complex structural alterations including groundworks, piling, and structural frame

• Coordinate retained fa-ade and heritage works

• Oversee the internal fit out to luxury hotel specification

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and consultants on site

• Chair regular progress and coordination meetings

• Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior management

• Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, programme and cost targets

• A strong background in hotel refurbishment, ideally within listed or heritage buildings

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex, high-spec projects

• Sound knowledge of structural works, fit out, and retained fa-ade techniques

• Confident in managing subcontractors, technical interfaces, and project reporting

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline (BSc or MSc desirable)

• Basic salary up to -80,000 depending on experience
